Hardheim, Baden-Württemberg. Since 1863.
For more than 160 years Eirich has built the machines, the processes and the plants that turn raw materials into finished product. From a 0.1 litre laboratory trial to a 12,000 litre production batch, on one patented mixing principle.
Product tiers
Three size classes, one principle, full linear scale-up. The same recipe runs identically from the bench in Hardheim to the production hall at your site.
From 0.1 litre trial batches for recipe development, process screening and scale-up protocols.

The Eirich mixing principle
The mixing pan rotates in one direction, the eccentrically mounted tool in the other. Energy input is decoupled from throughput, which lets a single machine fold gently or shear intensively without changing hardware.
Because the tool sits off-centre, the entire batch passes through the high-energy zone on every revolution. Particle dispersion is more uniform than in planetary mixers, and recipes scale linearly between 0.1 and 12,000 litres.

The Eirich group
Next step
A conversation with an Eirich process engineer starts with your material, your moisture, and your target. Within a few weeks we can run that recipe on a real mixer at the Hardheim Technikum and hand back a protocol with numbers you can take to operations.
